Prior to the permanent transfer, Manasota oversaw the retail operations under an interim operating agreement since January 1, 2024 The operational changes implemented during the period resulted in material impacts on revenue, expenses, and net assets. The realignment of general and administrative expenditures was subject to ongoing adjustments throughout fiscal year 2024.”
