“Florida insurance council is a membership organization. Membership in the florida insurance council is available to insurance companies which are admitted or authorized to do business in the state by the florida office of insurance regulation. Associate memberships are available for national trade associations and similar entities. Subscribing membership is available for business entities involved in insurance, but not qualifying as either a member or associate member. Reinsurance membership is available to special members composed of reinsurance companies.”

The officers of the executive committee review form 990 and resolves any issues or questions with the accounting firm. These officers review the form 990 before it is filed with the internal revenue service.”
