“The organization has one class of member, the majority of which are local businesses. However, there are different dues levels for individual, governmental, and nonprofit organizations.”

“Directors are elected to a three year term. The nominating committee presents a slate of nominees adopted by the board to the membership. The membership then votes. Those nominees receiving the most votes fill the available vacancies on the board. Directors are limited to 2 three-year terms.”
