IRS990/Desc0The Organization established Health Research Ministries which is funded by Patient Center Outcomes research Ministries (PCORI) in the faith based community. PCORI allows our Organization to work with several universities and hospitals, local and nationally, to build a faith-based engagement model that allows community representatives to do Institutional Review Board(IRB)certified health related research. Fifty Nine people were trained in IRB Health Research Ministries Ambasssadorship; 22 P4P Trainers, managing a Faith Based Network that consists of 55 entities. We published an evidenced based engagement manual and four columns in academic Journals.

IRS990/ProgSrvcAccomActy3Grp/Desc0IHDA provide support to homeowners and buyers. Counseling is offered for foreclousure prevention, mitigation, and budgeting. Foreclosure prevention program allows the Organization to function as an intermediary with homeowners to resolve potential foreclosure and eviction of families from their primary residences. In 2019, over 100 families were assisted through this program. We developed workable solutions for those with deliquent mortgages, and established sustainable financial budgets.

These programs gives direct and indirect support to families in the communities who have difficulties meeting their monthly utility payments. We partner with Catholic Charities, and community high schools to provide an eight week Music Appreciation Program. This includes free meals and instruments instructions in the skill development, anger management, music appreciation, and safe practices. Our Food Pantry provides food to the community at large.
