ALL OF THE BOARD MEMBERS ARE INDEPENDENT OF EACH OTHER AND THE LARGEST CONTRIBUTOR DOES NOT HAVE A SPECIFIC RELATIONSHIP TO ANY BOARD MEMBER.3. THE ORGANIZATION HAS PROVIDED PRINT AND INTERNET RESOURCES BY CREATING DICTIONARIES OF THE ANCIENT SCRIPT AND BY DIGITIZING LIBRARIES IN VIETNAM, THEREBY OPENING ACCESS TO THE CULTURAL PAST OF VIETNAM FOR MODERN VITNAMESE AND FOREIGN RESEARCHERS.
