The organization has entered into a management agreement with a management agreement for a day to day management of the apartment community as is common practice for owner/operators of hud-assisted rental communities.

The return is prepared by a certified public accounting firm and provided to the management company for initial review and approval. After questions and comments from the management company, if any, are addressed, the return is provided to the board of directors for final review and approval. Only after all questions from the board of directors are answered is the final return approved and provided to a designated board officer for signature and filing.
