All day-to-day operations have been delegated to a management company, united properties management, inc. Except for final review of the annual audit and tax form 990

The number of initial directors shall be 3 and may have up to 10 directors at any one time as may be elected by the board of directors. A nominating committee comprised of members of the executive committee shall nominate nominees to fill positions of the board of directors. The term of the board of directors shall be 2 years with directors allowed to serve successive terms. The directors whose terms are expiring shall be elected at each meeting of the board of directors. A director shall serve until a successor has been qualified, or until death, resignetion or disqualification.
