This question was marked no as explained herein. As a result of the Covid Pandemic, almost all operations at Ramblewood ceased approximately March 13, 2020. As a result of this and other factors, the Board of Directors voted to dissolve the corporation and Articles of Dissolution were filed with the NC Secretary of State on December 15, 2020 and accepted on December 23, 2020. Due to delays in completing the Plan of Dissolution, dissolution will be finalized in 2022 and a final return will be filed. There were no fixed assets at 12/31/2020 and no distribution of assets required to be reported on Schedule N. In accordance with the plan of dissolution and normal operations, accrued payments of $26,740 and $6,260 were made in 2021 to Manfred Koenig, Inc., Complex Manager and Francis Jonas, General Manager, respectively.
