WHEN THE ORGANIZATION BROUGHT IN THE NEW OFFICERS, THIS INFORMATION WAS LOST AND THE NEW OFFICERS WERE NOT AWARE THAT A FORM 990 WAS REQUIRED TO BE FILED. ONCE THE REQUIREMENT WAS RECOGNIZED, THE OFFICERS ACTED IMMEDIATELY TO FILE THE APPRORIATE RETURN. THE ORGANIZATION DID NOT WILLFULLY INTEND TO MISLEAD THE IRS AND HAS TAKEN ACTION TO CORRECT THIS FILING FAILURE. THE FORM 990 WILL BE TIMELY FILED IN THE FUTURE.
