The park at st. Luke's is a green space on peachtree street in downtown atlanta welcoming office workers to eat lunch, neighbors to walk their dogs, children to play, and the homeless to rest. Created as a gift by the community for the community, the park at st. Luke's relies on donations to maintain and beautify the park. The park at st. Luke's, inc. Is a 501(c)(3) organization classified as a public charity under irc sections 509(a)(1) and 170(b)(1)(a)(vi) with its own board of trustees who operate and raise funds for the park.
