Once questions have been accurately answered and board of directors feel comfortable with the return, a vote is taken on whether to approve or not to approve. All members must agree before return is filed.”

Financial Statement Notes

Part X, Line 2:

“The organization follows the guidance of ASC Topic 740, Income Taxes (previously FASB Interpretation No. 48, Accounting for Uncertainty in Income Taxes - An Interpretation of FASB Statement No. 109) which clarifies the accounting for uncertainty in income taxes recognized in an entity's financial statements. This interpretation prescribed a recognition threshold and measurement attribute for the financial statement recognition and measurement of a tax position taken or expected to be taken in a tax return. In addition, ASC Topic 740 provides guidance on derecognition, classification, interest and penalties, disclosure and transition. The Organization adopted the provisions of ASC Topic 740, and they had no impact on the financial position, results of operations, and cash flows. Based on its evaluation, the Organization has concluded that there are no significant uncertain tax position requiring recognition in its financial statements. The organization's evaluation was performed for the tax years ended June 30, 2020 through June 30, 2023 for federal income tax, the years that remain subject to examination by major tax jurisdictions as of June 30, 2023.”
