To own and operate a rental housing property for low income elderly persons under section 202 of the national housing act.

The corporation was organized and operates exclusively for charitable not-for-profit purposed including to provide for elderly and handicapped persons on a non-profit basis rental housing ad related facilities and services specifically designed to meet the physical, social and psychological needs and to contribute their health, security, and happiness, and other charitable, educational, religious, or scientific purposes allowed under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986, as amended.
