“The organizatin is a not-for-profit organization. Members pay dues to join and have rights to election of officers and board of directors and operations and governance of the group.”

“Members upon joining have voting rights to elect governing officers and cause additional members to join.”

“Part of the treasurers job is to reccomend and obtain independent (or Not) preparer for the annual 990 filing. The books are maintaned by her, delivered to the preparer, anbd the completed form 990 returned to the treasurer for final approval before filing. The rteasurer presents to the committee and board the report for approval.”

“The executive committee reviews compensation of directors and other staff annually. Recommended pay changes relevant to the current economic environment and subject to the organizations needs and abilities are discussed by the executive board. Compensation is based on the organizations current financial position, the needs of the employees and the curent economic environment. This is compared to similar organizations.”
