“In 2010, the two related organizations, as disclosed on schedule r, entered into a management agreement in which american water works association north carolina section (ncawwa), an affiliate tax exempt organization with identical board members and officers, agreed to provide to north carolina water environment association, inc. (ncwea) all management and administrative services required for the operation of ncwea. At the conclusion of each fiscal year, ncwea agrees to pay ncawwa an amount equal to 50% of all administrative costs. See schedule r, part vii.”

Nc awwa-wea is a recognized provider of quality continuing education, delivering more than 25 training seminars, workshops, week-long schools and multi-day conferences, including the academy and institute programs, throughout the year.”
