Governance Explanations

At the conclusion of the audit of the cure financial statements, cure provides information to the return preparer in response to questions and questionnaires. A preliminary draft return is prepared along with any additional questions identified by the executive director and by other designated individuals review the preliminary draft and provide any additional information and/or modifications. A final draft is provided by the return preparer for consideration. The final return is disseminated to the governing body and upon acceptance by the governing board the return is filed.
