A DRAFT COPY WAS THEN REVIEWED BY THE CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER AND THE PRESIDENT AND CEO. CHANGES WERE SUBMITTED TO THE TAX PREPARER AND THE FINAL RETURN WAS REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE CFO AND THE PRESIDENT AND CEO. Peach Bowl, Inc. recognizes the effect of income tax positions only if those positions are more likely than not of being sustained. Recognized income tax positions are measured at the largest amount that is greater than 50% likely of being realized.
