Dillard as president/ceo on the effective date of his retirement. The corporation sustained substantial damage to its distribution system in september 2024 due to hurricane helene. As a result, a significant amount of overtime was incurred by jefferson employees resulting in a larger number of employees receiving compensation in excess of 100,000 as reported on part vii, line 2.”
