Wholespire is a subrecipient administering the grant with dph's section governing the budget.”

Wholespire also administers the healthy young people empowerment (hype) project and provides funding, training, and technical assistance to hype teams in each fo the local communities chosen to participate in the sc office of rural health healthy eating, active living, and healthy weight efforts.”
