Cessation of or significant change to any program service Part III line 3

During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2024, the Organization entered into an agreement with another entity to sale their rental properties and during the year ended June 30, 2025, the Organization has ceased operations. This is the final tax return to be filed.

Explanation of other changes in net assets or fund balances Part XI line 9

During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2024, the Organization sold their rental properties to a different entity at a loss of $539,965. This loss is reported on Form 4797 and is being carried over on the return as an unrecaptured net 1231 loss. This amount is needed in order to reconcile the net assets for the year ended June 30, 2024.
