In accordance with the scphca by-laws, conflict of interest statements are reviewed annually and any duality of interest or possible conflicts must be disclosed.”

“Compensation for the ceo, management and all other staff is updated every three (3) years by an external organization through a compensation study. The process of approving new compensation scale is done in accordance with the board-approved policies of the scphca. This process, last completed in 2023, ensures that salaries are consistent and competitive with the industry standards. Ceo compensation was reviewed during 2024 as the association recruited for and filled this position. This included independent review, comparability data, and contemporaneous substantiation of the deliberation and decision making processes.”
