“Program service accomplishments: the principal service provided is support and advancement of the commercial real estate certification designation. These services include education, scholarship assistance, timely communications, and networking opportunities. Ccim members make up south carolina's largest commercial real estate network. The ccim network represents multiple disciplines within the commercial real estate investment community: leasing, appraisal, commercial brokerage, investments, property management, lending/mortgage banking, legal, and development. Only six percent of all commercial real estate practitioners hold the respected and coveted ccim designation. Approximately 252 members were served in 2024.”
