The executive committee shall consist of the chairman of the board, the vice-chairman, the secretary, the chairman of the finance and investment committee and one (1) other member of the board to be elected by the board for the same term as officers of the board. The chairman of the board shall be chairman of the executive committee, and the secretary of the board shall be the secretary of the executive committee.
