Review of the Form 990 is conducted by the Executive Director and the Board before filing. Question and suggestions are an integral part of the review process. The Treasurer of the Board signs the Form 990.

Form 990, Part VI, Line 12C: Explanation of Monitoring and Enforcement of Conflicts

Each Board Member is required to sign a conflict of interest statement prior to joining the Board of Directors. The Executive Committee conducts an annual review of compliance. Upon knowledge of a transaction involving a conflict, details are fully disclosed to the Chairman of the Board. The member with the conflict will not participate in Board discussions or voting, and the Board monitors the conflict of interest thereafter.
