“The organization has entered into a management contract the solution as an association management company to provide acan with administrative director and other administrative services. During 2024, acan paid the solution $53,750 for these services, including expenses. The solution's performance under this contract is monitored by the board of acan. The organization also entered into a contract with merril hirsh of hirshadr pllc as an independent contractor to serve as its executive director. During 2024, acan paid mr. Hirsh $157,219 in compensation and reimbursed him for $16,494 in expenses. His compensation is fixed by contract, but approximately $50,000 was is paid in the form of bonuses that must be approved after each quarter by the board of directors and at the end of the each year of his contract.”
