“A copy of form 990 is provided to the executive director and president prior to filing. The indiviuals have an opportunity to review and make changes if necessary. The board of directors is informed at the next scheduled meeting that the 990 is available at their request.”

“The board members are required annually to sign a conflict of interest statement disclosing there are no relationships with vendors, suppliers or other parties doing business wiht the organization that could result in personal benefit to the member.”

“The executive committee evaluates the executive director's performance annually based on goals established the prior year. Each committee member evaluates the executive director individually and sends the responses to the board president. The president discusses the valuation with the executive director and establishes goals for the next year. The salary level for that positon is evaluated periodically by the executive board by researching similar directors' salaries with non profits of similar size, increases to the director are based on performance and achievement of goals.”
