The Operations and Finance Director distributes a draft of the 990 to the Board of Directors for review.

Pt VI, Line 12C

Each director and principal officer of CWSP, and each member of a committee with Board delegated powers, shall annually complete a questionnaire which affirms any confilcts of interest were disclosed. The periodic reviews shall, at a minimum, include the following subjects: 1. Whether compensation arrangements and benefits are reasonable and are the result of arms-length bargaining. 2. Whether partnership and joint venture arrangements and arrangements with other organizations conform to written policies, are properly recorded, reflect reasonable payments for goods and services, further the Corporations charitable purposes and do not result in inurement or impermissible private benefit. 3. Whether acquisitions of services result in inurement or impermissible private benefit. 4. Whether agreements with providers, employees and third party payors further the Corporations charitable purposes and do not result in inurement or permissible private benefit.

Through participation in the CWSP, students earned wages to offset the cost of their education while gaining real-world job experience, professional skills, social capital, and increased selfconfidence. The program supports college readiness by helping students connect academic learning to workplace expectations and career pathways. As a result of the CWSP model, approximately 40 percent of CRSM college graduate alumni are employed by current or former CWSP partner organizations.
