Financial Statement Notes

PART X, LINE 2:

The organization is a nonprofit organization as described in section 501(c) (3) of the internal revenue code and is exempt from federal and state income taxes. In accordance with the fasb asc section regarding accounting for uncertainty in income taxes, the organization is required to recognize the financial statement effects of a tax position if it is more likely than not that the position will be sustained upon examination. The organization has no uncertain tax positions that qualify for recognition in the financial statements. The tax periods open for examinations are 2014 through 2017.
