Currently, the 2012, 2013, and 2014 tax years are open and subject to examination by the internal revenue service and new mexico and the new mexico taxation and revenue department. However, nlh 3 is not currently under audit nor been contacted by either of these jurisdictions and has no uncertain tax positions.
