These individuals provides those duties and oversight under the direct supervision of both the president and ceo and board of directors. These services began on december 1, 2019 and continued through the end of the fiscal year. For the fiscal year ended june 30, 2020, fees in the amount of $126,631 were paid to robert half mangement resources by the parent.”

Salary adjustment according to trends, and 3. Recognition for high performance in the given year. The process, deliberation and final decision are timely documented in the board minutes. Form 990, part vi, section b, line 15b: though the compensation review process noted above covers the top management official and other internally designated key leadership positions, no other compensated employee meets the internal revenue service definition of other officer or key employee, and as such the response to this question is required to be no.”

OFFERING LOW STUDENT TO TEACHER RATIOS, METHODIST SERVICES' AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM FOR CHILDREN AGES 6-12 PROVIDES HOMEWORK AND STUDY TIME WITH TUTORING AND GUIDANCE AS WELL ARTISTIC AND ATHLETIC ACTIVITIES.SUMMER CAMP - OUR SUMMER CAMP IS BOTH RECREATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL IN NATURE, AND OFFERS LOW STUDENT TO COUNSELOR RATIOS. LOCATED ON METHODIST'S BEAUTIFUL MAIN CAMPUS, THE CAMP SERVES 200-300 CHILDREN ANNUALLY AND FEATURES BOTH INDOOR AND OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES INCLUDING AN ARRAY OF SPORTS, SWIM INSTRUCTION, ART AND PERFORMANCE ARTS, AS WELL AS OFF-SITE OUTINGS AND EXPERIENCES.FAMILY SUPPORT SERVICES - METHODIST'S FAMILY SUPPORT SERVICES TEACHES PARENTS TO UNDERSTAND AND USE POSITIVE PARENTING TECHNIQUES.
