“The primary exempt purpose for our organization is to provide access to hunting lands for our members and their guests and to promote gun safety, education and wildlife conservation.”

“We achieved access to hunting lands through annual leases of hunting rights from various land owners. We promoted the advancement of gun safety and education by requiring all persons hunting to abide by the game laws of the state of north carolina. In addition, the state of north carolina requires that anyone not previously possessing a hunting license, pass a hunter safety course prior to obtaining such license. We achieved wildlife conservation by planting food plots for our wild game during the winter months when agricultural crops may not be readily available. Also by requiring members to follow the nc game laws, limits on number of game species harvested are strictly enforced thereby further practicing conservation of our natural resources.”
