Mission and Program Overview

Mission

The organization's mission it to develop, finance, and manage affordable housing for low and moderate income residents of Coastal South Carolina, and to provide community services to low income individuals and families of this same area. The organization continues to assist low and moderate income families with rental assistnace, home rehabilitation, and home ownership assistance, and to augment the functions of the Charleston County Housing and Redevelopment Authority by providing community services such as comprehensive homebuyer counseling programs, which includes one on one and group classes and access to down payment assistance programs.

The organization's mission is to develop, finance, and manage affordable housing for low and moderate income residenst of coastal south carolina; and, to provide community services to low income individuals and familities of the same area.
