Mission

We builid simple, decent, low income housing with working families who make 50-60% of the family incomes of our two counties. We sell the homes to our partner families in no interest, no profit mortgages which allows home ownership for this demographic.

Our mission is to build simple, decent, affordable housing with low income working families and to provide them with no interest, no profit mortgages in order to repay most of our construction costs. The payments they make to us are used to fund future homes.
