Rachel l. Satterfield and victoria l. Nevois served as officers of duke university. The following directors and officers of high point realty associates, inc. Were also employees of duke university during fiscal year ending june 30, 2023: scott f. Selig and constance badger.

Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 4

High point realty associates, inc. Board of directors approved by sufficient vote the plan of dissolution as required by the north carolina nonprofit corporation act and the bylaws of the corporation. The plan indicated the following: 1. The corporation will satisfy all outstanding liabilities and obligations. 2. The remainder of the assets of the corporation, if any, will be distributed to duke university, a nonprofit corporation exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986, as amended, and the organization designated in the corporation's articles of incorporation as the supported organization of the corporation. 3. The corporation shall file with the secretary of state of the state of north carolina articles of dissolution in accordance with north carolina law. After the filing of the articles of dissolution, the corporation shall not engage in any business except as necessary to dissolve the corporation in accordance with this plan. High point realty associates, inc. Filed articles of dissolution with north carolina department of the secretary of state on february 13, 2023. The dissolution became effective upon filing on february 13, 2023.

The members of the board of directors of high point realty associates, inc., shall be elected or appointed, and subject to removal by the board of trustees of duke university.
