Encouraging the well-being and recovery of medical professionals through compassion, support, accountability, and advocacy.

Ncphp monitored 336 healthcare professionals in 2024 and completed screening interviews for 237 healthcare professionals to help identify and assist potentially impaired physicians, physician assistants, perfusionists, anesthesia assistants, pharmacists, pharmacy personnel, veterinarians, veterinarian technicians, and licensed clinical mental health counselors in the state of north carolina in preserving their health and returning them to treating patients.
