SINCE 1995 OVER 200 MEN HAVE PARTICIPATED IN PROJECT CORNERSTONE. FOR EACH NIGHT OF SHELTER PROVIDED, THE INN REQUIRES 10 SHELTER VOLUNTEERS. THE INN PROVIDED 25,480 NIGHTS OF SHELTER TO 715 UNDUPLICATED HOMELESS MEN IN CALENDAR YEAR 2017.

IT IS THE ONLY SOUP KITCHEN IN WINSTON- SALEM AND IT SERVES MEN, WOMEN, AND CHILDREN A WARM MEAL 365 DAYS A YEAR WITH NO QUESTIONS ASKED. THE KITCHEN ALSO PROVIDES DINNER AND BREAKFAST TO THE NIGHTLY SHELTER GUESTS. IN CALENDAR YEAR 2017, A TOTAL OF 148,031 MEALS WERE SERVED.
