Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15

All tlc employees are assigned a salary grade (a copy of this policy is retained in the executive director's handbook). The salary is approved by the board of directors. Work history and experience are considered when determining compensation. The board is independent of the employees in the organization and makes all compensation decisions. Compensation for employees is same as previsouly stated. The supervisor of the employee will also have input as to the employees' performance.

Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19

Documents are kept on file at the facility and are available upon request. They are also available online through guidestar.
