“The mission of the outer banks womans club is to promote the civic, cultural, education, environmental, wellness and social betterment of the outer banks community. Community service programs include angel gift, arts & culture, civic engagement, education & libraries, environment, and health & wellness.”

“Angel gift ensures that eligible children have a complete christmas with requested toys and other needed items in conjunction with dare county department of health and human services by sponsoring 229 children whose parents require assistance during the holiday season.”

“Civic engagement & outreach csp leads projects that create a better quality of life and foster a sense of community. Projects focus on citizenship, crime prevention, safety & disaster preparedness, the needy, hungry and homeless, and military personnel and veterans.”

“Environment csp promotes and supports projects that encourage us to become stewards of the earth by working to preserve the world's resources, protect wildlife and domesticated animals, live sustainably, and beautify our communities and enjoy nature.”

“Arts & culture csp promotes and supports the arts within our community, including art, music, dance and theater. Education & libraries csp promotes and supports education in both children and adults. Projects foster schools, as well as other educational institutions and opportunities, and promote literacy, libraries and the love of a good book. Health & wellness csp promotes and supports projects that improve the health and wellness of our community. Projects focus on nutrition, disease prevention, and physical and emotional care.”
