The conflict of interest policy is reviewed annually at the convention board meeting. The policy is also printed in the leadership manual that is given to each board member.

The executive committee consists of the president, two vice presidents, treasurer, secretary, chairman of the board, and the executive director. The president serves as the chairman of the executive committee. The duties of the executive committee shall be to carry out the policies and rules of the board of directors, develop a plan for association revenue, appoint the nominating committees, report to the board of directors such matters from the membership that require action by the board of directors, and to exercise the power and duties of the board of directors in an emergency situation or as otherwise charged by the board.
