The president may request the governance committee, in consultation with the executive director, to study current salary information and trends, locally and nationally, affecting human service agencies, in preparing salary range recommendations for consideration by the board of directors. Within each salary range and the annual budget, employees may be considered for salary adjustments that will vary according to work performance. The executive director shall determine salary adjustments for other employees within budget constraints.
