The watauga leadership challenge: the watauga leadership 2.0 series was established as an add on to the wlc 1.0 series. It is a more in-depth series with more of a leadership impact on the participants. The watauga leadership insight night series was established to provide information for the areas up and coming middle to upper management personnel. Former and current ceos were invited to speak about their experiences as well as participate in a q&a session. The waauga leadership alumni event was established as a separate graduation for the wlc 1.0 and 2.0 participants. Dinner was served along with a graduation ceremony. A special speaker was also part of this event.

Once that is completed the return is given to members of the executive committee to review, then filed with the internal revenue service.
