Comparability data is used by the board and there is adequate and timely documentation of the basis for the determination of the compensation. The responsibility for determining the remaining contracted employees compensation is maintained by uwmf and gunderseon lutheran respective to the position. Consideration is given to the input of the president/ceo who also considers comparable data when making recommendations.”
