Form 990, Part VI, Line 7A: How Members or Shareholders Elect Governing Body

All members have a vote in the election of the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors then appoints all Officers.

Form 990, Part VI, Line 7B: Describe Decisions of Governing Body Approval by Members or Shareholders

The Officers handle all of the day-to-day business. However, the members vote for major changes as outlined inthe association's by-laws.

Form 990, Part VI, Line 11B: Form 990 Review Process

The Treasurer reviews the Form 990 and sends a copy to each member of the Board of Directors. After all three Directors have reviewed and approved the Form 990, then the Treasurer files the return with the IRS.
