Ellis & ellis, pllc is the hud-approved management agent for the company. The management agent acts as a bookkeeper for the organization and prepares monthly financial statements, reviews vacancies, and controls disbursements with the exception of petty cash. The only function not performed by the agent is the collection of tenant deposits. All management realted activities are performed by the agent.
