Although the Auxiliary does not have its own conflict of interest policy, the Auxiliary board and officers follow the policies set forth by Bon Secours Mercy Health, Inc. ("BSMH"), a member of Mary Immaculate Hospital, Inc. The Auxiliary regularly and consistently monitors compliance with the BSMH conflict of interest policy. On an annual basis, all persons subject to the policy, including all officers and directors are required to make certain disclosures. These include disclosures related to certain personal, financial and organizational relationships that may present a conflict, or the appearance of a conflict of interest, with Mary Immaculate Hospital Auxiliary.

("BSMH"), a member of Mary Immaculate Hospital, Inc. The Auxiliary regularly and consistently monitors compliance with the BSMH conflict of interest policy. On an annual basis, all persons subject to the policy, including all officers and directors are required to make certain disclosures. These include disclosures related to certain personal, financial and organizational relationships that may present a conflict, or the appearance of a conflict of interest, with Mary Immaculate Hospital Auxiliary.
