The organization was established as a Non-Stock, not-for-profit, tax-exempt Corporation organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.”

“A copy of the 990 is provided to all members of the Governing Body for review, questions, and comments prior to filing. Changes and corrections (if any) are then reported to preparer.”

“OTHER PROGRAM SERVICES 4: To network with Project Management Professionals around the world through Project Management Institutes Outreach Program and thereby help establish professional standards globally. OTHER PROGRAM SERVICES 5: To provide Professional Development opportunities through Educational Seminars and classes, as well as Educational Scholarships. OTHER PROGRAM SERVICES 6: To provide Technology support to members such as e-mail services, and video streaming. OTHER PROGRAM SERVICES 7: To provide co-ordination, training and support of Volunteers who in turn provide support services to members. OTHER PROGRAM SERVICES 8: Local Comunity Outreach - to help provide support to Project Management Professionals that are members of smaller affiliated organizations in the region that do not have the resources available to provide needed support.”
