Activity 2

To assist program partners with capacity building using evaluation, oversight and assistance for microenterprise and savings led organizations in developing countries that are approved partners with five talents or are seeking approval as a partner with five talents. This is accomplished using program visits, web and in-person partner conferences, best practices training related to performance management, financial reporting, impact evaluation, spiritual development, church partnerships and risk assessments.

Activity 3

To provide biblical based business training to the participants and leaders of microenterprise and savings led organizations in developing countries that are approved partners with five talents. This includes training and travel for staff, consultants and volunteers to lead and instruct overseas conferences and workshops. Basic business skills training is provided to every program member via our indigenous partners; however these program services also offer event-based training to indigenous trainers, entrepreneurs, and members of the community. Over the last year 12 community based trainers and 110 entrepreneurs benefited from these services.
