If any situation arises which would require disclosure of a real or potential conflict of interest, the finance manager will promptly notify the president of the board, copy the head of school, in writing.”

The finance committee reviews the compilation of financial statements in the context of reviewing recorded and disclosed procedures and policies, reevaluates and approves the selection of an independent accountant and is presented with draft documents from the audit process. The committee meets yearly with the independent accountant to review the final audit and answer any questions. The committee chairperson presents the final audit results to the board.”
