“A review for the compensation (base salary and commission percentages) for the executive director is completed by the executive committee each year during the review of the annual budget and is then approved with the budget approval at the board of directors meeting in january. Quarterly bonuses for the executive director are approved by the president of the corporation on a quarterly basis.”
