Mission and Program Overview

Mission

The primary exempt purpose of the rural electric statewide managers' association (resma) is best described by quoting article ii of the resma constitution:a. Whereby its members through exchanges of information, ideas, techniques, and problems, and through other appropriate activities may improve their own management skills and standards and the service programs of their respective sponsoring associations; b. For gathering, summarization, and dissemination of such information and data as its members have a common interest in procuring; &c. Whereby its members and/or their respective sponsoring associations may for their mutual benefit, jointly conduct such activities and programs and render such services as cannot be conducted otherwise at all or as efficiently.
