An Amended and Restated Declaration (the Declaration) was approved by the membership. With an objective of preserving property values in the community and providing for the maintenance of the open spaces and other facilities within the community, the amendment deleted expired covenants and added new covenants as well as clarified the Association's responsibilities regarding the maintenance of certain "common" areas such as the bridle trail easements.
